This week's guest absolutely blew me away. Sydney is the real deal and is the definition of what it means to be an entrepreneur. In our episode, we talk about why it's important to talk about your failures and how to embrace your femininity, ESPECIALLY if you're working in a male-dominated field.

Sydney keeps it real and vulnerable from the get go. Her start to entrepreneurship came after the loss of her father when she was only 14-years-old. From there, she took over his real estate business and eventually wrote a children's book about grief and loss.
Learn a bit more about Sydney:
According to her website, "Sydney is a commercial real estate investor, developer and disruptor infusing the world of emerging technologies with the very places we live, work and play in. Through the use of augmented and virtual reality, she is transforming the way we design, operate, communicate, and build in commercial real estate. It's safe to say this energetic and out-of-the-box 21-year old is a rising real estate mogul. Sydney also founded a small investment group that supports women, LGBTQ and minority founders in their entrepreneurial ventures. In addition, she is your host of The Pink Suit podcast, a children's book author, a public speaker, a passionate futurist and a 2020 Forbes 30 Under 30 Nominee. "
